I’m a Life & Career Empowerment Coach. I started my career in crisis intervention and training, providing advocacy services to women and child survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. I also provided training for hospital and law enforcement staff on how to deliver their services with more empathy and kindness. I currently use those experiences to fuel the compassion and heart I bring to the corporate space in my innovation and coaching work with individuals and teams.

I’m passionate about spirituality, living life with joyful creativity, honesty and love, and I enjoy helping others to manage the frustrations of life, celebrate and champion their accomplishments, and assist them in releasing the pressure they feel in their everyday.

I help people to feel awakened, connected, fulfilled and joyful! I use a variety of tools including mindfulness, visioning, breath work, and action planning to accomplish this work, but really it’s the client that I hold accountable to the change they want to create in their life.

All of my relationships are built on a foundation of trust, safety, and accountability. I am committed to helping you make transformational change for a more meaningful life and career.

I believe that magic and play are so needed, especially in today’s world, and believe in the balance between science, innovation and spirituality to inform my work.

I’m a Core Strengths Assessment Certified Facilitator.

My corporate background is in Design Thinking/Human Centered Design, strategy facilitation, learning and development, and DEI strategy and implementation.
